Maintenance tech qualifications below PLUS candidate would need to be proficient in 480V 3-phase electric, programming and troubleshooting PLC programs both Allen Bradley and Omron systems.

This position will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes.

Work using safe procedures and practices: report any unsafe or hazardous conditions to supervision. Uses all designated safety equipment, observes all safety rules, and follows recognized rules of safe practice. Implement 5S.

Read and interpret blueprints for the mechanical operation and assembly of conveyor systems, material handling systems, and automated machines

Use various hand or power tools for measuring, cutting, threading, grooving, bending, soldering, assembling, joining, and installing pipes, valves, and fittings Installation, maintenance and repair of all machinery, equipment and facilities.

Operate mobile equipment (e.g. forklifts, vertical lifts, cranes) Service and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic control systems.

Required to make productive maintenance inspections and repairs Welding & metal fabrication (Layout, cutting, bending, drilling, punching and machining)

Work effectively with your peers to share knowledge and leverage strengths

Seeking Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to read electrical schematics Proven skills in layout, parts fabrication, blueprint reading, metal and materials, rigging, mechanical principles and repairs, operation of machine tools Able to stand for a long duration of time, in excess of 8 hours a day Able to bend over and rotate body repeatedly Able to lift 50 pounds floor to waist Able to temporarily adjust work schedule to accommodate training/projects needs. Basic electrical safety knowledge Able to work overtime as needed.
