Eligibility Guidelines for Screening Mammography 

• Must be at least 40 years old (if under 40 years of age, a physician’s order is required) 

• It has been at least 12 months since your last mammogram 

• Cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding 

• Should not have any abnormal symptoms like pain, lump(s) or nipple discharge* 

Our mammography services are fully accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR). 

What to Bring and Wear 

• Driver’s license 

• Insurance card 

• Physician information 

• Wear a two-piece outfit with a button-down blouse if possible 

• Apply deodorant sparingly if necessary; it can be removed prior to exam *Most insurances accepted.
