It's time to usher in fall with the annual downtown Scarecrow Contest. Registration is open NOW - you must be registered and submit your scarecrow photo by September 30th!

The contest is open to ALL individuals, businesses, organizations, and clubs. You do not need to be located downtown to participate, but the scarecrows will be displayed within the downtown area. 

Cost is $10 per display to participate. Winners will be selected in the following categories: Individual, Business, Non-Profit Organization, Club. Voting will run October 1st thru 25th with the winner being announced October 26th at Downtown Trick-or-Treat.

Scarecrows may be placed INDOORS if you location allows.  The scarecrow MUST be visible from outdoors. 

Remember to name your Scarecrow and place a sign on the display to show your business name, too!

*The Chamber and Downtown Chillicothe are not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen scarecrow items.

Political candidate/campaign signage is not permitted.
