Description

It's time to usher in fall with the annual downtown Scarecrow Contest. The contest is open to ALL individuals, businesses, organizations, and clubs. You need not be located downtown to participate, but the scarecrows will be displayed within the downtown area. Cost is $10 per display to participate. Winners will be selected in the following categories: Individual, Business, Non-Profit Organization, Club.

Scarecrows may be placed INDOORS if you location allows.  The scarecrow MUST be visable from outdoors.

*The Chamber and Downtown Chillicothe are not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen scarecrow items.

Political candidate/campaign signage is not permitted.
