Downtown Chillicothe will be transformed into a world of imagination and adventure on Saturday, June 20, from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., as a Lord of the Rings–inspired event invites residents and visitors alike to experience a day filled with creativity, exploration, and community spirit. This immersive, family-friendly event will feature participating downtown businesses offering themed specials, activities, and unique experiences throughout the day. Designed as a walkable, come-and-go event, attendees will have the opportunity to explore local shops, enjoy dining, and discover everything downtown Chillicothe has to offer—through a fresh and engaging lens inspired by the beloved works of JRR Tolkien.

While the event is free and does not require general admission, attendees are encouraged to pre-register online to be entered for door prizes and drawings, while also helping organizers better plan for attendance, giveaways, and other fun experiences throughout the day.
