RCHD Kingston Flu Shot Clinic (2nd of 2)

Description

Stop by RCHD’s *NEW* mobile unit between 10am and 2pm on Thursday, November 7 that will be parked at the Kingston Fire Department (47 N. Main St, Kingston, OH 45644) for your flu shot. 

We accept most insurances. You must have your insurance ID card available to receive the benefit. The cost without accepted insurance coverage is $30.
