Position: Flooring Installer

Job Description: 

Chillicothe Carpet is seeking a dependable and motivated Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing various flooring products, including carpet, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, hardwood, and sheet vinyl. We take pride in delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service to every customer.

Responsibilities:

• Install carpet, LVP, laminate, hardwood, and other flooring products
• Measure and prepare job sites
• Remove existing flooring when necessary
• Move and replace furniture as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment 
• Communicate professionally with customers and Sales Staff
• Ensure installations meet company quality standards
• Operate installation tools and equipment safely
• Must possess the tools and equipment needed to perform assigned duties
• Must be able to power stretch all carpet

Qualifications:

• Previous flooring installation experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to haul/deliver materials
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Must be able to pass a background check and pass a drug test
• General Liability Insurance (Preferred not required)
• Reliable Transportation to work
• Provided uniform Required
