MAINTENANCE POSITION – Full Time position available for large housing facility. 

Minimum of 1 year and/or training in building maintenance or equivalent experience with motor vehicle, computer operation; basic carpentry, plumbing, and electric; use or operation of hand, power, and shop tools; use or operation of light motorized equipment including mower, snow blower, backhoe, forklift, etc. 

Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s license and insurable. Responds to the needs of work orders including plumbing, electrical, general dwelling repairs, ground maintenance, equipment repairs and maintenance, and various projects.  Interested applicants should apply with 2 forms of ID to Staff Source, 753 Western Ave., Chillicothe, OH, M-F 8:30-3:00.
