Office Manager

Job Description:

-Local, commercial contractor looking for an office manager to fulfill general office & clerical duties, such as processing weekly payroll reports, accounts payable/receivable, taxes, workers comp, etc.

Job Requirements:

-Strong knowledge & use of Quickbooks

-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office & Outlook preferred

-Valid driver’s license, exceptional written & verbal communication, good math skills, & ability to pass a criminal background check
