We’re looking for a reliable, professional, and motivated Store Manager to join our boutique team!

Position Details:

• Part-time: Hours will vary, 15-25 a week
• Flexible retail schedule
• Leadership role with growth potential
• Pay will be discussed during interview and will vary depending on experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous retail experience required
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Experience creating schedules and handling day-to-day store operations
• Organized, dependable, and professional
• Marketing and social media experience is a plus

Responsibilities Include:

• Leading daily store operations
• Providing excellent customer service
• Managing staff scheduling and team communication
• Completing daily tasks and maintaining store standards
• Assisting with merchandising and promotions
• Supporting marketing efforts and boutique growth
