Residential Installation Supervisor
Accurate Heating, Cooling and Plumbing is looking for a Residential Installation Supervisor. This position is based in Chillicothe.

JOB OVERVIEW
As the Residential Installation Supervisor your essential function is to ensure efficient, effective, and profitable installations for all residential customers while supporting the overall mission of Accurate Mechanical, which is to exceed customer’s expectations.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Directly supervise all installation leads (AOR and projects) and indirectly helpers
• Confirm installation material for AOR and projects
• Confirms/Orders equipment for AOR and projects
• Meet with salesperson for job pre-planning via AirTable, review load calculations
• Confirm salesperson provides all necessary and accurate data for the install
• Ensure job packets are prepared to include: contract, Accurate services list, equipment labels/stickers, start-up sheets, referral sheet and social media review request
• Coordinate install team schedules
• Coordinate and provide install training based on team needs
• Review and follow up on start-up sheets including photos confirming install quality, pressures, amp draws, etc.
• Confirm start-up sheets and time sheets are turned into the office daily
• Establish and implement install flat rate pay structure and amounts to be paid per job
• Work with HR to develop install compensation plan
• Coordinate call back and corresponding pay
• Develop install kits for the warehouse team to pull or order
• Conduct installer employee reviews
• Coordinate regional shop and van supply stocking
• Work closely with warehouse team
• Develop working relationships with all equipment and material vendors
• Recruit, interview, screen and hire new installers
• Train install team
• Other duties as assigned.
