CHILLICOTHE, Ohio (Oct. 6, 2026) — The Chillicothe Ross Chamber of Commerce today announced the launch of a new job board on its website, chillicotheohio.com, designed to connect job seekers with employers hiring throughout the Scioto Valley region. The new board is powered by RollieJobs, an AI-powered workforce intelligence platform.

The upgraded board, found at chillicotheohio.com/local-jobs, gives users a single, continuously updated destination to explore local companies and their open positions. At launch, the tool features more than 500 employers and more than 1,600 open roles, with new listings added automatically as employers post them — eliminating outdated or duplicate job postings.

•    Résumé matching. Users can upload a résumé and receive a ranked list of employers that best fit their experience, with an optional feature allowing the Chamber to retain résumés on file for future opportunities.

•    Free investor visibility. All Chamber investors’ open positions are automatically included at no additional cost, giving member businesses another avenue for recruitment support.
