On Friday, June 23, Chillicothe was honored by Gov. Mike DeWine, Lt. Gov. Jon Husted, the Ohio Dept of Development, and State Rep. Mark Johnson for our place on Site Selection Magazine's Top Micropolitan list for 2022.

2022 was a record-setting year for GCRCD, with 22 total projects! The four qualifying projects that earned GCRCD this designation were:

Pixelle - #24 Machine Restart: $21M Capital Investment

Chillicothe Steel – New Building: $2.2M Capital Investment

Howmet – Building Renovation - $1.5M Capital Investment
