
Gracie McAllister joins Chamber staff full-time
Paint Valley grad moves from intern to marketing/communications role
CHILLICOTHE, OH – Gracie McAllister has joined the Chillicothe Ross Chamber of Commerce as our new Marketing and Communications Specialist.
After serving as a valuable intern with our team since May, she has consistently demonstrated the creativity, professionalism, and community commitment that make her the ideal candidate for this critical role. In her new role, McAllister will lead our marketing initiatives, enhance member communications, and develop creative materials that showcase the strength and vibrancy of Ross County's business community. Her work will directly support our vision to make Ross County the best place for business and people to grow and thrive.

In addition to the newly created position, Dacia Gierhart, who joined the Chamber staff in 2024, will move from Events and Marketing to a new role as Events and Safety Council Manager.
McAllister brings impressive credentials to our organization, having graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA from Miami University, where she earned her BFA in Communication Design with a minor in Printmaking. Her academic excellence was recognized through multiple honors, including placement on the President's List throughout her tenure and receipt of the Three Arts Scholarship.
Her technical expertise includes proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate, Canva, and various web design platforms – skills that will enhance our ability to serve Chamber investors across all marketing channels. Her background in both digital and print media positions her perfectly to support our members' diverse promotional needs.
She’s also a Ross County product, having graduated from Paint Valley. She currently lives in Ross County with her fiancé.
