“The My ClubPet™ subscription program allows customers to select the interval of their regular delivery,” said Andrea Poehler, project manager. “Pet owners may choose to have a delivery a minimum of every two weeks, to up to every six weeks.” Included in each My ClubPet™ subscription package are quality food products of the pet owner’s choice that contribute to the pet’s overall well-being. Additionally, pet owners will have 24/7 video chat or text messaging access to an experienced, licensed veterinarian.

By activating and continuing in the My ClubPet™ subscription program, new puppy families can fulfill their Petland pet’s requirement to maintain its Puppy for a Lifetime program. Puppy for a Lifetime is a value-added service included in the purchase of every Petland puppy. To maintain the program, new and past Petland puppy owners are required to regularly purchase food and nutritional supplements at their local Petland location. The new subscription service helps owners meet this requirement, which replaces the puppy purchased with another should the pet pass away from an accident, illness or old age.

Pet owners can currently sign-up for Petland’s My ClubPet™ nutrition and well-being subscription online, or at many store locations in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and West Virginia.
